Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bg531 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bg531 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services. • 4You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of bg531 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• 5You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the Platform, or who has been excluded by bg531 for any prior breach of these Terms or for any other reason communicated at the time of exclusion.

Account Registration

Account Registration and Security Obligations

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. bg531 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bg531 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2You must notify bg531 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• 3bg531 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable KYC documents include national identity cards, passports, and other government-issued identification. KYC documents must match the information provided at registration.
• 4Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to your Account to any third party.
• 5bg531 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting additional documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into the Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial Transactions on bg531

All financial transactions on bg531 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). bg531 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied to Player balances at any stage.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi banking channels as made available on the Platform from time to time. bg531 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

• 4bg531 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. bg531 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in any such investigation.
• 5All deposits must be used for gaming purposes and must not be used to exploit bonus terms or to conduct financial transactions unrelated to gaming activity. bg531 reserves the right to investigate unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns.

• 2Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, game content, odds data, or proprietary systems.
• 3Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• 4Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live casino rounds, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the Platform's systems.
• 5Placing bets or accessing the Platform while under a self-exclusion order, or assisting a self-excluded person in accessing the Platform.

Account Closure

Suspension and Termination of Accounts

bg531 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• 1A breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, ineligibility, or provision of false information at registration.
• 2Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious financial behaviour, or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity.
• 3A Player's voluntary request to close their Account, including requests made under the Platform's self-exclusion policy. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Liability

bg531 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg531 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bg531 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors — even if bg531 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
